Hand painted/space dyed yarns can be so pretty in the skein, but so jumbly when you knit them! Learn how to tame the color monster with either planned color pooling (working with gauge and stitch count) or assigned pooling, where your yarn tells you what to do.

Skill level:
knit/purl, cast on/bind off, working in the round

Material Fee:
$30 includes a skein of Yarn Snob Wonderful Worsted yarn dyed for this class (see above), and handout that includes patterns for a planned pooling cowl, and an assigned pooling hat or cowl (2 stitch patterns).


Student Supplies:
16 inch (for hat) or 24 inch (for cowl) US 5, 6 or 7 circular needle or size that gives you a pleasant fabric (bring an assortment so you can decide). one stitch marker for beginning of round. Your yarn will be supplied to you for class and is included in your materials fee.
