There are many ways to form large holes or in your knitting. My least favorite way to achieve holes is MOTHS. The Trypophobia Shawl uses my favorite technique to create big holes. We will be combining some clever increases and decreases to create openwork motifs in the shawl project. Students will have the opportunity to cast on a shawl project and work the first few pattern repeats in class.
