Morning and Evening Yoga with Nan

Please note that a ticket is required for all yoga classes.

Tickets may be purchased at the Red Alder registration desk for a small fee.  Upon arrival at class, you will receive a coupon for Market Dollars equal to the amount paid for your ticket.

Yoga will be held in room Pavilion B starting Thursday morning through Sunday morning.  AM sessions will be at 7:45am, and PM sessions will be at 4:45pm.

Mind/Body Tune-up for Fiber Artists: Before AM Classes

Prepare for your day with breath work, mindful movement tailored for fiber artists, and guided meditation.  The practices will be chair-based, so there is no need to bring a yoga mat.  At the end of class, your body will be limbered up, and your mind cleared and ready for whatever the day brings.

Mind/Body Tune-up for Fiber Artists: After PM Classes

You’ve had a super-busy day—taking classes, shopping in the market, socializing with friends. Sensory overload!  This class will help untangle your muscles and mind, so that you’ll have a relaxing evening and sleep like a baby, ready to take on the next day.  We'll engage in breath work, mindful movement designed especially for fiber artists, restorative poses & guided meditation.  Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat, or towel to work on.

Nan Palmer has been a Yoga Therapist, specializing in the use of the principles of Viniyoga since the early 2000s.  She also loves fiber and understands the physical needs of fiber.
